This expertly-crafted Italian oven can cook 2 pizzas simultaneously and features a refractory pizza stone for impeccable cooking, even at high temperatures. It has a useful cooking surface of 60×40 cm, for performance identical to that of a professional oven.

Made of powder coated carbon steel and stainless steel, equipped with flue and rain cap, stainless steel door with anti-scald handle and analogue thermometer. This innovative design and use of high-quality components ensure top-notch performance and reliability.

The stainless steel vault reaches high temperatures in a matter of minutes, while the TIG welded structure guarantees durability over time. The refractory pizza stone, composes of three 25mm thick slabs, ensures perfect cooking without the risk of burnt bottoms.

The ideal curvature of the dome promotes air flow, paired with expert insulation for evenly distributed heat in a quicker time. The smoke outlet design retains heat in the cooking chamber, leading to reduced gas usage. These impressive outcomes are a result of expert engineering combined with Italian cooking tradition.
