Shipping policy
Order Processing
Please allow up to one working day to process your order. Expect an email according to your shipping option selected at checkout, to let you know your order is on the way!
In-Store Pickup
Orders can be picked up daily, Monday to Saturday from 07:30 to 16:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Malta & Gozo. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 10:00 am during store opening hours are subject to be delivered on same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered as from the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email and/or text with real-time tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We can quote international shipping either by courier or groupage. We also offer B2B trading services for full load containers or truck directly from production. Kindly send us your request by email on sales@mgfirlogs.com.
Delivery Claims
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@mgfirlogs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
