Olive Firewood | Dense, Aromatic and Slow-Burning

Sourced from Mediterranean biomass waste during the olive-picking season, this air-dried olive firewood makes use of residual wood from the olive harvest. Its dense structure supports a slow, sustained burn, while its distinctive aroma adds character to the fire.

Olive wood is well suited to grilling and wood-fired ovens. Its long-lasting embers provide sustained cooking heat, while the smoke imparts a distinctive smoky flavour to food.
