Standard with many extras. The Shichirin Large comes standard with two high-quality tweezers: one straight and one curved. In Japanese grilling culture, each pair of tweezers has its own function. The straight tweezer is used for garnishing & accurately placing raw ingredients, while the curved tweezer is used for moving cooked ingredients without damaging them. And that's not all, because the Shichirin comes with a skewer rack & 10 skewers. With this, you can effortlessly prepare authentic yakitori, juicy satay or other delicious grilled delicacies. The rack ensures that the skewers hang perfectly above the charcoal, so that your ingredients cook evenly.
