La Spinosa® GORGOTTESCO 2020 BIO is made from selected grapes from San Martino and La Rosa vineyards macerated for about 12 days at a controlled temperature with the foot of indigenous yeasts in steel and wood.

This is followed by 18 months of ageing in medium toasted casks.

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby red, with aromas of plum and ripe cherry jam and light notes of grapefruit. Elegant and finely tannic, in the mouth it confirms softness and a long, sustained texture.

Food Pairing

Ideal with wild game dishes and wild boar stew. Also perfect with grilled meat and the typical bistecca alla fiorentina. Serve between 16 and 18°C.
